When I run the game, i get error an error "This application has failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem." What is the problem?

I get an error "Could not initialize D3D Device". What is wrong?

Try installing the latest graphics card drivers. Below is a list of common graphics card manufacturers. Choose the one that matches your hardware:

• nVidia (TNT2, GeForce family, Quadro, etc.)
• ATI (Radeon series, x800...)
• SiS 645, 745
• Matrox (G400, Parhelia)
• Intel

After choosing video settings, the game stops before playing the intro.
If you have ffdshow codec installed, try uninstalling it and running the game again.

Game runs slowly or animation is "jumpy"?
Try adjusting Ball Display Detail level and screen resolution to match your graphics adapter. Large number of predefined ball details can be set to suit most graphics adapters on market.
